Refund Policy

               We strive to provide high-quality services and meet our customers' needs. In case a refund is necessary, please review our refund policy.

                                                                     *Refund Conditions:

* 1. *Refund Period:* Refunds are available within 14 days of the purchase of the service.

2. *Reasons for Refund:* - Cancellation of the booking before the tour starts. - Change of tour date due to company issues. - Unsatisfactory quality of provided services.

3. *Refund Process:* - The customer must send a refund request via email to [Your Email], including the booking number and reason for the refund. - The request will be reviewed within 5 business days. - Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. *Additional Conditions:* - No refunds will be issued if the service has been fully provided and used by the customer. - For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour starts, 20% of the service cost will be retained as an administrative fee.
